Housekeeping staff
Event cleaning and maintenance staff are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all staff and guests with numerous duties and responsibilities that take place pre, during, and after the concert. Day and evening positions available.
Concession Cashier
Essential Job Functions
· Follow proper cash handling procedures
· Sets up, maintains and operates Concession Stand and cashier station
· Takes food orders from patrons, prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
· Verifies legal age of patrons ordering alcoholic beverages
· Rings food and beverage orders into register, collect payment and makes change
· Practices safe serving techniques and informs manager on duty of any action that is necessary
· Maintain a positive attitude and smile
· Greet customers as they approach the cash register and is polite with customers during the transaction
· Must have product knowledge, to effectively service the customer
· Effectively and efficiently complete the financial transaction
· Assist manager/chef with daily functions in the kitchen, during down time
Qualifications
Reports to the Stand Manager / Supervisor. Requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with customers. Additional qualifications include:
· Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (If under 18 can not sell alcohol only food)
· Excellent Customer Service Skills.
· Knowledge of running a cash register
· Knowledge of running a credit card machine and credit card transactions
· Math skills for counting money and providing correct change
· Ability to understand and follow directions given by management

Concession Grill Cook
Essential Job Functions
· Provides friendly and helpful customer service
· Sets up/Breaks down the grill station
· Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
· Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
· Responsible for using the correct portions when preparing and serving items
· Performs all other tasks as directed by the manager
Qualifications
Requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with customers. Additional qualifications include:
· Must be able to operate and clean a grill station
· Must be able to safely operate a fry station and properly use a knife
· Must be able to read and follow recipes
· Must be able to understand and follow directions from the Manager

Concession Stand Manager
Essential Job Functions
Concession stand managers are the front line management group who support the activities of the concession workers, as well as ensure our product handling and services are in accordance with ARAMARK guidelines.
· Verify product inventories before and after each event
· Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are being followed
· Monitor product preparation to meet ARMARK specifications
· Train concession workers on foodservice operations and cash handling procedures
· Sets up, maintains and operates Concession Stand
· Balances stand sheet and each cashier
· Helps back of house during busy periods preparing food
Qualifications
Requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with customers. Additional qualifications include:
· Strong understanding of basic math skills to balance stand sheet
· Strong communication skills
· The ability to lead and direct concession stand team
· Ability to work in face paced environment
