4:00 pm - Concert Parking Lots open Vehicles cannot enter the lots before 4:00pm. Museum visitors arriving before 4:00pm MUST show their Museum admission tickets to enter the parking lot.
4:00 pm - Will Call opens - Bring a valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase
5:00 pm - Main Gates open - Member Only Gate opens at 4:30 PM; the gates will not be open prior to the publicized time
7:00 pm - Show Time

Two 20 oz. factory sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted per guest.

There is a NO RE-ENTRY POLICY, you can not exit the venue and re-enter with the same ticket.

Traffic on local roads is expected to be HEAVY during peak travel times. There is no-charge for general admission parking, so keep traffic flowing as you enter the lots. It is our goal to quickly and safely get guests on the road home after the show. Please be aware of traffic flow lanes, pay attention for directions from the lot attendants and most of all be patient. Thank You.
