The Museum at Bethel Woods explores the unique experience of the Woodstock festival and the legacy of The Sixties all year. This August visitors can enjoy four days of activities that commemorates the 43rd anniversary of the 1969 festival.
1960s Costume Contest: Dress like it’s 1969! Visitors in costume can register to win prizes, including a pair of tickets to see Judy Collins in the Event Gallery on Saturday, December 15.
Woodstock: Three Days of Peace & Music Screening: For the first time on the big screen in the Event Gallery, with full concert sound, the Academy Award-winning 1970 documentary, Woodstock: Three Days of Peace & Music will be shown at 10:30am and 2:30pm, free with museum admission.
Authors and artists will be on hand throughout the weekend to sell and sign their books and artwork. On Saturday, the following will be present:
