Community/Education
10am to 11am Fridays, August 3, 10, 17 and 24
The cost for the four week program is $110 per child ($60 for an additional sibling)

This unique program debuted in August 2009 and became an instant hit with local families. Taught by Tanya Cohen of The Janice Center in Jeffersonville, "Music is Magic" allows young children and parents to explore music together in a "Mommy and Me"- style setting-- specifically customized to the sounds and styles of the 60s.
The four-week workshop is best suited for children ages 0-5. Through singing, chanting, instrument playing and other types of movement activities, they will learn beats, rhythms, tonal patterns and more. Please see information on Dance to the Music for a program suited for youth ages 6-10.
In addition to the '60s music, Music is Magic integrates the Bethel Woods experience not only through the actual setting, but also with special concert offers. All registrants will receive up to four lawn tickets to select concerts held throughout the summer.
The cost for the four week program is $110 per child ($60 for an additional sibling) and includes a CD, t-shirt and the concert tickets.
