  a hard rock act\, the band found overwhelming success with its slower\, c
 atchier melodies like "Fly." Lit's "My Own Worst Enemy\," Marcy Playground
 's "Sex And Candy" and Gin Blossoms "Hey Jealousy" are still spun in regul
 ar rotation today at alternative rock radio. \n \nThe bands have announced
  a tour that promises to be one of the summer's most energetic and nostalg
