Access Program
The Access Program provides the ability to access artistic programming by offering complimentary lawn tickets to certain performances selected by Bethel Woods, to qualified community and civic groups within the region. This program enables qualified organizations with constituents who would otherwise be unable to attend an event at Bethel Woods, the opportunity to enjoy and participate in educational and entertaining programs.
Program requirements
Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria in order to participate.
Your organization must:
- Be a formal/established group able to provide proof of not-for-profit status. (For example: Community group, school group, family service program, community assistance program, etc.)
- Be located in and/or serve the local community/region. The "local region" is defined as the area within a 60-mile radius of Bethel Woods. The ticket recipients must either be located within this radius or serve individuals who live/work within this radius.
- Fully and accurately complete and submit the official qualification form and supporting documentation. Qualification form and supporting documents will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Ticket availability is determined solely by Bethel Woods.
- Make a commitment to utilize the tickets issued for the purpose stated within this program.
- Provide the correct contact information and mailing address for your organization, as all tickets and materials for the 2009 season will be mailed to this address.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet at least ONE of the following criteria and tickets must serve ONE of the following purposes:
- Must be a non-profit organization whose program participants would otherwise not be able to attend a performance at Bethel Woods.
- Attendance to a particular event would serve as an educational tool to further a specific program or lesson. (For example: A class or group learning about the history of music receives tickets to an appropriate performance.)

Please follow these instructions to apply for the 2009 Access Program:
- Download Qualification Form. (PDF 66 kb)
- Print form and complete all information.
- Return completed form with supporting documentation from the organization:
- Annual report, brochure OR formal publication
- AND, proof of your not-for-profit status (such as I.R.S. determination letter, EIN number)
- Be sure to provide the correct contact information and mailing address for your organization, as all tickets and materials for the 2009 season will be mailed to this address.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Qualification forms and supporting documentation will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis.
Requests for available events will be processed in the order that they are received.
Notification of your qualification status will be made via email.
Eligible groups will receive their tickets before the first performance via certified mail. Once tickets have been received we request each group send a brief acknowledgement letter for our records. Acknowledgement letters can be mailed to the address listed above. Please address this letter Attn: Experience the Arts.
Announcements of events participating in the Access Program will be made to eligible groups via email and will also be posted on this website.
RULES:
Tickets have no cash value and are not for resale, fundraising events or auction purposes.
Any misuse of Access Program tickets will result in voided event tickets. Voided tickets will not be honored at the gate on the day of the event.
Bethel Woods reserves the right to determine eligibility. Ticket distribution is based on eligibility and availability.
There is a maximum limit of 30 tickets per organization, per season, depending upon eligibility and availability.
Bethel Woods is pleased to offer this program to eligible groups and provide access to select performances in the 2009 season.
