If you’re a not-for-profit organization holding an event, Bethel Woods can provide tickets to aid in your fundraising and awareness. Donation requests must be submitted in writing on official organization letterhead to donations@BethelWoodsCenter.org or faxed to ATTN: DONATIONS: 845.295.2444.

Your organization must:

• Allow at least 30 days for request review, approval and donation delivery
• Meet one of the following descriptions: 501c3 not-for-profit, community group, school group, family service program, community assistance program, charity, etc. with valid Tax Exemption Number
• Be located in and/or serve the local community/region. The "local region" is defined as the area within a 90-mile radius of Bethel Woods. The ticket recipients must either be located within this radius or serve individuals who live/work within this radius.
• Provide event description, including date and location
• Provide the correct contact information and mailing address for your organization, as all tickets and materials for the 2009 season will be mailed to this address.
• Provide opportunity for Bethel Woods recognition at event (flyers or other collateral provided by Bethel Woods)
• Recommend sending a letter of recognition back to Bethel Woods after organization's event  
• Approved ticket donations must be picked up in person at One Cablevision Center, Liberty NY 12754

Notification of your donation status will be made via email.

Only one donation request per group accepted per 10 months

Tickets have no cash value and are not for resale. 

Bethel Woods reserves the right to determine eligibility. Ticket distribution is based on eligibility and availability. Donated tickets are limited and to select concerts or museum admission determined solely by Bethel Woods.

The following shows are available for a donation of 2 lawn tickets*:

Additional shows will be added as the 2010 season is announced.
