What do I get with my Lawn Pass?
You will receive a custom-made laminate that includes your name preprinted on it and a lanyard for easy visibility when you arrive at Bethel Woods. You will receive a proof of purchase confirmation when purchased on-line. It is only your proof of purchase, and is not valid for event admission.
When will I receive my Lawn Pass?
You will receive the custom Lawn Pass in person upon purchase at the Bethel Woods Box Office. If you purchase on-line or by phone, your LawnPass will be shipped USPS mail.
How much does it cost?
If purchased before Dec. 31, 2008 the cost of the Lawn Pass is $299.00 plus $10.00 service charge per pass and $6.50 shipping and handling fee per order. If purchased after Dec. 31 the cost of the Lawn Pass will be $349.00, plus applicable service and shipping fees.
Can I avoid the additional service and shipping charges?
Yes. The $6.50 charge for shipping is waived if purchased in-person at the Bethel Woods Box Office. All sales on-line or by phone will include the service charges and shipping/handling fee required to process your custom pass.
Does the Lawn Pass reserve my place on the lawn?
The Lawn Pass will guarantee your admittance to the lawn. The lawn is general admission seating only. There is room for up to 10,500 concert fans.

Does the Lawn Pass get me into sold-out concert?
Yes. As an added benefit of being a Lawn Pass holder, you will not have to worry about being shut out on blockbuster shows.
Can I use it more than once per concerts?
No. Your Lawn Pass will only work once at the main gates. It has a unique bar code that is recognized and registered once you enter the venue.
Will I be able to exit the venue and return during the concert?
No, Re-entry is not permitted on most events. If the re-entry policy is changed during special events or festivals, guest services will assist with your re-entry.
Does the Lawn Pass get me reserved parking or special club access?
No. There is no parking charge upon entering the lots at Bethel Woods. If you are interested in premium-reserved parking and club access you should consider becoming a Bethel Woods Member. Contact the Membership Department at (845) 295-2501 for more info on Membership packages.
Can I go backstage with my Lawn Pass?
No. The backstage area is a professional environment for working staff, management and performers only.
I lost my pass and need a replacement.
The Lawn Pass can be replaced one time if lost or stolen for a $25.00 processing fee. To receive your replacement, call the box office at (845) 583-2060.

Can I return or exchange my Lawn Pass?
All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
I was unable to attend a scheduled concert can I get a partial refund.
There are no refunds or exchanges for unattended events or unlikely cancellation of an artist performance.
Is my Lawn Pass transferable?
We look forward to seeing you at every show. However, if you can't make it, feel free to "pass" your laminate to a friend or family member. Remember, it can only be used once per concert.
Is my Lawn Pass valid at a Pavilion-only concert?
Yes. Special pavilion-only concerts may be scheduled during the 2009 season. A pavilion-only concert will not offer lawn ticketing. However, as a bonus to Lawn Pass holders, designated seating in the pavilion will be available at no additional charge. More details will be provided to Lawn Pass holders via email after the announcement of a pavilion-only concert.
Can I upgrade to reserved seating during a performance?
Yes, when available. If you are interested in moving to a reserved seat while you are at a show, please visit the box office. You will receive a partial credit towards the price of a select reserved seat determined at the show. Reserved seat upgrades are based on availability.
When can I start using the 2009 Lawn Pass?
Your Lawn Pass will activate at the first publicly scheduled Pavilion Stage concert in the 2009 summer concert season at Bethel Woods. Check our website and watch your email for upcoming announcements.
Does the 2009 Lawn Pass expire?
Yes. The Lawn Pass will effectively expire after the last publicly scheduled concert of the 2009 season at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
