The Bethel Woods Business Friends program assists local businesses in promoting their product or services directly to Bethel Woods' growing audience of full-time residents, second home-owners and visitors to the region. Regional businesses support Bethel Woods performances, events and community programs through the Business Friends Program.

The Business Friends program offers businesses a listing in the Bethel Woods Business Friends Directory which is available to our audience:

• Online on the Bethel Woods website year-round. An optional direct link to your business is also available.
• In print and located for distribution to our guests at the Bethel Woods Welcome Tent during 2009 concerts, at the Museum Welcome Desk year-round and in the Harvest Festival Welcome Tent for the entire festival season.

Bethel Woods promotes the Business Friends Directory to our audience through: 

• Direct links from Bethel Woods concert web pages
• Email announcements to ticket buyers
• Stage-Side Screen announcements on 15' x 20' stage-side LCD screens
• Advertisements in printed programs encouraging the Bethel Woods audience to support Business Friends
• Recognition of your business name in Business Friends 'Thank You' page of printed programs
• Business Friends Appreciation Night - Exceptional exposure during a select 2009 Main-Stage concert by inserting a copy of the Business Friends Directory in all concert programs distributed at the performance, featuring each business name on 15' x 20' prominent stage-side screens and displaying your businesses' collateral materials on-site in the Bethel Woods Welcome Tent.

Business Friends also receive:

• Tickets to concerts, VIP access and entertainment benefits through the Bethel Woods FRIENDS program.

The Business Friends program is part of the Bethel Woods FRIENDS program. Beginning at the $1,200 FRIEND Level, your business can add marketing benefits to be a part of the Business Friends program. Two package options are available:

Business Friends Membership & Listing – $1,700
All the benefits of a $1,200 FRIEND of Bethel Woods, plus a $500 marketing upgrade to include your business in the Business Friends Directory. The business listing includes: BUSINESS NAME; 30 WORD DESCRIPTION and PHONE NUMBER.

Business Friends Membership, Listing & Link – $2,200
All the benefits of Option One, plus a $1,000 marketing upgrade that adds a direct web link to your business website from the online Bethel Woods Business Friends Directory and inclusion of your business' web address in the printed directory.

Both packages include 2 Pavilion tickets to 2 concerts; 2 lawn tickets to 3 concerts; season-long parking; and more!
