The world saw how life changing a single moment could be when Richie Havens took the stage at 5:07PM and opened the greatest festival of all time.

Today, this spirit of Woodstock reverberates throughout our historic grounds and we use this legacy to continue to create experiences that inspire a generation and transform lives.

You’ve sat in the audience enjoying the best names in music and now we’re giving you the spotlight.

During Backstage at Bethel Woods, enjoy a behind-the-scenes cocktail reception in the artist wing, dinner on the Pavilion stage, a lively auction, and a musical performance by Richard Marx, all while benefitting our nonprofit organization.

Your support will help sustain arts education programs, expand historic preservation efforts, and build capacity for new initiatives for our next generation of emerging artists.

 

RUN OF SHOW

+ 5:07 PM: Cocktail Reception

+ 6:30 PM: Seated Dinner on the Pavilion Stage

+ 8:00 PM: Live Auction

+ 9:00 PM: Live Musical Performance by Richard Marx

+ 10:00 PM: Auction Check Out & Event End

TICKETING

+ Tickets are $500, which includes dinner, drinks, entertainment, and access to the live auction.  

+ Tables of 8 or 10 can be reserved.  

+ NEW! Premium Table of 10: Join us center stage! Enjoy a great view of the performances, a welcome gift at each place setting, and two (2) bottles of wine for the table. Space is limited.

+ Upon check in you will receive a backstage pass which will grant you full access to dinner, drinks, entertainment, and live auction.  All tickets must be paid in advance of the event. Please reach out to MKeane@bethelwoodscenter.org with any questions.

Prepare For Your Visit:

  • DIRECTIONS & PARKING

    Please enter through Gate 5, located on Hurd Road south of the Museum circle and entrance. Once you have entered through the gate, drive down until you see a parking lot to your right. Upon entry to this lot, a vehicle will escort you to the backstage area. 

  • WHAT TO WEAR

    Cocktail attire is suggested, but above all we want you to be comfortable.  The venue is both indoors and outdoors, so consider layers and dress according to the weather.  The event will be held rain or shine.
