The Pavilion stage has been home to Woodstock legends, today’s biggest superstars, and now YOU!

After a year of silence on the main stage, we couldn’t think of a better way to open the season than with our greatest supporters front and center. During Backstage at Bethel Woods, enjoy a behind-the-scenes cocktail reception, dinner under the Pavilion, an auction, live music by The Bacon Brothers, and more!

Attendees will also be among the first to preview Gallery of Generations – a backstage exhibit highlighting the work of Russell Young, featuring an impressive rolodex of musicians and celebrities of the 1960s, delightfully displayed in the colors and splendor that stardom allows. This gallery is proudly presented in collaboration with Taglialatella Galleries.

With your help, all funds raised will sustain arts education programs, historic preservation efforts, and The Museum at Bethel Woods.

+ 9:00 PM: Live Musical Performance by The Bacon Brothers

TICKETING

+ Price includes dinner, drinks, entertainment, and access to the live auction.  

Please note that tables of 2 have sold out at this time and only a few tables of 4 or more remain available. If you would like to purchase 2 tickets and are comfortable sitting with others please note this in the table host section and we will follow up to make sure we can accommodate.  Please reach out to Tingber@bethelwoodscenter.org with any questions.

+ A digital backstage pass will be issued prior to the event and must be presented to gain access through Gate 5.

ABOUT THE BACON BROTHERS

To start, let’s dispel a catch-all cliché. Talent and ability don’t necessarily need to be confined to a singular niche or any particular area of expertise. Skills and savvy can cross over as far as creativity is concerned.

Likewise, despite the sometimes fractious relationships that exist between male siblings — witness Ray and Dave Davies of the Kinks, the Everly’s, and that turbulent twosome, Noel and Liam Gallagher of Oasis — the brotherly bond ultimately wins out. Indeed, the ability to find inspiration in a common connection never fails to reap remarkable results.

Michael & Kevin Bacon — A.K.A. The Bacon Brothers — offer an ideal example of what can result when two talented individuals who share the same gene pool expand their horizons, combine their talents and create an inspired sound that stands apart and wholly on its own. With ten albums to their credit, spawned over the course of 23 years, it’s clear their band isn’t simply a sideline that supplements their day jobs. Rather, it’s an ongoing effort that’s been accompanied by commitment and creativity.  Granted, Kevin’s an award-winning actor with a lengthy film, stage and television resume, and Michael is an Emmy-winning composer, who honed his craft as a songwriter in Nashville in the '70s, but when the two pool their talents as The Bacon Brothers, the music rings with a resilience all its own.

Prepare For Your Visit:

  • Where should I park?

    Please enter through Gate 5, located on Hurd Road to the south of the Museum circle and entrance.  You must have your digital backstage pass readily available in order to be granted access to backstage.  Once you have entered through Gate 5, continue driving until you see a parking lot on the right. Please park your car and a golf cart will escort you to the backstage area. 

  • What should I wear?

    Cocktail attire is suggested, but above all we want you to be comfortable.  The venue is both indoors and outdoors, so consider layers and dress according to the weather.  The event will be held rain or shine.

  • I want to support the event. How do I do that?
