Bethel Woods will be hosting Daniel Bukszpan's book launch for his new work titled Woodstock: 50 Years of Peace and Music. Bukszpan's book, which includes photographs by Amalie R. Rothschild (whose photos are included in the current special exhibition), will inform attendees more about the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
This free event will consist of a panel discussion and subsequent Q+A with Bukszpan and Rothschild, as well as Woodstock attendee Gail Hayssen and columnist Jonathan Charles Fox as they talk about Woodstock and how it still resonates with us today, moderated by Karen Matsu Greenberg.
Following the panel discussion, the author and photographer will do a book-signing for attendees of the book launch.
This event is in collaboration with Donna Spurlock, Charlesbridge Publishing; and Karen Matsu-Greenberg, Hourglass Press
