The Art of Wellness, facilitated by Licensed Creative Arts Therapist Candace Rivela, is an opportunity to connect with fellow community members around themes of resilience, health, and wellness in a non-judgmental space to grow and heal. Group Creative Arts Therapy encourages the exploration of one’s self in relation to others, promotes a flow of creative energy, and allows for the fluid exchange of ideas and emotions unbound by the limits of verbal expression. It is our goal with these free and creative sessions to provide a safe space for people to connect, communicate, and create with peers who share interests.
In this session, we’ll show you the basics of building a terrarium. Through the assembling of these imaginative little worlds, learn more about how you nurture yourself and others and discover your relationship to both the natural environment and your own inner landscape.
To attend this session, please RSVP using the form below. Please note that for your safety, capacity for this event is extremely limited.
