Bethel Woods Museum Education and Creative Programs present Soul Inscribed - FREE Community Performance

Join us in the Event Gallery at Bethel Woods for a free community performance featuring Soul Inscribed!

Soul Inscribed members are all veteran arts educators & have brought their music to young audiences across the world. Their educational programming uses the allure of hip-hop related art forms to get kids writing, expressing, moving, & thinking. Through a school-day performance & a weekend public performance, we aim to motivate the kids to write more & to express themselves, & to excite teachers & parents about the creative potential of their children.

Words, works, & experiences from throughout the week serve as inspiration for each culminating community performance. Built to incorporate participation by the community as well as any student that was involved throughout the week, the performance models the artistic skills, as well as the power of collaboration, improvisation, inclusion, expression & community contribution to celebrate the power of music as a universal language. Soul Inscribed invites all present to join them as ambassadors for creativity, tolerance, & social good.

E3 gives participants the opportunity to engage, experience, & explore the arts through exposure to high quality performing groups. E3 seeks to inspire future artists, expose participants to innovative approaches to art, & encourage self-expression.
