Terrain & Table: Golden Anniversary Dinner
presented by The Farmhouse Project
With the 50th Anniversary of the 1969 Woodstock festival on August 15th, The Farmhouse Project and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts will be paying homage to the legendary music festival that put the Catskills on the map around the world and for years to come. We are honored to partner with our friends at The Farmhouse Project for the August edition of their Terrain & Table experience that will bring past and present together on the iconic grounds of the original 1969 festival.
With the harvest table set up on the famous field, only a few yards away from where the iconic stage stood, your dinner view will be the sprawling hills that once rippled with over 400,000 concert-goers swaying to the sounds of peace, love, and music. Come enjoy a sumptuous family-style seasonal spread, made from farm-fresh local ingredients and global flavors, as we toast the rich history of the area.
To commemorate this special anniversary dinner, we’ll also have live music and speakers. This unique source-to-supper experience will be brought to life by Chef Amy Miller and her talented team from Early Bird Cookery right here in Callicoon.
About The Farmhouse Project:
We’re two boys from the big city who decided to unplug and embark on the project of a lifetime; historically renovating a 216 year-old farmhouse in upstate New York. We invite you to follow us as we transform our weekend retreat room by room, undertake a variety of DIY projects, adjust to country living and narrowly escape killing each other.
About Early Bird Cookery:
Chef Amy Miller, from catering and meal delivery company Early Bird Cookery based in Callicoon, is known for her dedication to using locally sourced ingredients that celebrate the area’s farms in her seasonally-inspired menus.
