Herbalist Kendra Payne from The Herbal Scoop in Narrowsburg joins us as special guest for this workshop, where both beginners and long-term herbal practitioners can come together and explore all of the amazing benefits of an herbal practice through exploration and potion-making! You will be provided all needed supplies and instruction to make three healing recipes that you can take home.

About Group Creative Arts Therapy

Group Creative Arts Therapy encourages the exploration of one’s self in relation to others, promotes a flow of creative energy, and allows for the fluid exchange of ideas and emotions unbound by the limits of verbal expression. Group sessions will explore specific themes around wellness. Art of Wellness is designed for adults to practice optimal well-being in body and mind.

Kendra Payne is an herbalist, yoga teacher, chicken and duck momma, gardener, forager, world traveler and a lover of all things natural. She is the owner of discovery-based herbal apothecary The Herbal Scoop in Narrowsburg, NY.
