Crowded stores and more online shopping? No, thank you!

This holiday season, shop a wide selection of unique holiday gifts and support regional vendors and beyond during the Holiday Market.

After seven weeks of successful social distancing at Harvest Festival, we know that an event is only as good and safe as the people who attend.  Thank you for keeping this event enjoyable for guests, volunteers, and staff alike. With this in mind, we will be adopting some of our Harvest Festival protocol for Holiday Market. Please see below for more information on how to best prepare for your visit.

Holiday Market Highlights:

+ Two weekends of shopping, featuring different vendors each week, giving you a wide range of offerings!

+ Live, outdoor caroling from Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop every day of Holiday Market at 2:00 PM.

+  On Saturdays only, get your photo taken with Santa, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM outdoors on the Museum Patio.

Please be aware that lines close at 1:30 PM. Masks will be required for this experience by both Santa and guests. Guests will be positioned in front of a large-scale photo frame with Santa behind it, assuring distance between parties. A Bethel Woods staff member will be on-site to take the photo for the whole family.

What We’re Doing To Ensure Your Safety:

- Limiting the total number of vendor booths on each day.

- Increasing the distance between vendor booths.

- Adding an additional weekend of shopping (featuring different vendors each weekend!) to give shoppers a wide range of offerings.

- Limiting capacity in each vendor area and give as many vendors as possible an opportunity to participate.

- Limiting guest capacity in each vendor area.

- Limiting attractions (considering the challenges surrounding COVID-19, more information regarding attractions, including Photos with Santa shall be provided).

- Put into place stringent protocols to fight the spread of COVID-19.

- Created a Plan Your Visit Page, for even more details to help you feel safe and comfortable!

How You Can Help:

- You will be required to wear a mask during your time at the Holiday Market.

- Maintain six feet of distance from other individuals where possible.

- Cashless transactions are encouraged, but not required.

- Baby its cold outside, but take advantage of and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible!

- Keep your visit as brief as possible.

- Refrain from handling vendor products before purchasing.

- In lieu of shaking hands, please flash our staff and other guests a peace sign. You’re in hippie country, after all!

- As a reminder, pets are not permitted at this event.

- Check out our Plan Your Visit Page before coming!

- Standard COVID-19 Guidelines Apply: Only visit and shop at the market if you're feeling well. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or if you're sick, please stay home and take care of yourself. Please do not attend the market if you come in to contact with or been in close or proximate contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or, in the last two weeks, had symptoms of COVID-19, in the past 14 days. Please do not attend the market if you have recently traveled to any of the restricted states in the NYS Travel Advisory and not completed the required quarantine.

Please note: Due to the overwhelming number of applications received and extremely limited number of booth spaces this year, we are no longer accepting new vendor applications for the 2020 Holiday Market. However, if you are interested in vending outdoors only at the Holiday Market, please email us at festivals@bethelwoodscenter.org.
