Write, paint, or create with your preferred method.

Guided visualization, breathwork, and gentle movement will not only relax the body, but help access the imagination and ease stress.

Together we will combine practices with brief and easy writing exercises to integrate the techniques. All levels welcome.

Your Instructor: Michelle Levy

Michelle, MA, has been teaching creative writing for more than a decade. She is also a certified nature educator. Her essays have appeared in Hippocampus Magazine, Humans and Nature, GoNOMAD, and more. Michelle is thrilled to share her passion with a new audience through teaching artistry at Bethel Woods.
