About Chef Jasper

Born in the Philippines and raised in American Samoa, Jasper Alivia did not initially plan for his life to be so intertwined with food and restaurants. He moved to Philadelphia to attend Saint Joseph’s University where he received his B.A. in Economics. Quickly he realized that cooking was his calling and soon left a promising job in finance to work in restaurants in Philadelphia. He later moved to New York City to attend the French Culinary Institute, and put in work and training at some of the highest rated restaurants in town, including Savoy and Park Avalon.

Make An Evening Of It!

After dinner, enjoy a performance by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Amy Helm in The Event Gallery. Learn more here.
