The beautiful grounds surrounding Bethel Woods have always provided a space for reflection and healing. Led by a different local teacher each week, connect safely, practice self-care, and become grounded on the historic site of the 1969 Woodstock festival during Yoga on the Field.
Andrea Lanzetti of Bodies and Plants, Livingston Manor, NY will lead a Pilates class on the historic grounds.
Andrea Lanzetti is a New York based dancer, teacher, and founder of Bodies and Plants. Her career in dance has led her to become a certified Pilates instructor and movement advocate. Andrea is a firm believer that movement is therapy and can transform lives. She has 600+ hours of comprehensive Pilates training as well as a B.A. in dance from DeSales University. She respects the traditional Pilates method, while pulling influence from a more contemporary approach to exercise and strongly believes in the method as a way of training the body in both a functional and therapeutic way.
Yoga on the Field is part of the Art of Wellness – a series of outdoor wellness activations designed for adults to practice optimal well-being in body and mind.
