For one weekend only at Bethel Woods, dine and delight in technicolor!

The beautiful Event Gallery will come to life with the psychedelic liquid light artistry of visual artists Chris Georges and Gregory Thrasher of New York City-based Macrodose. Using classic techniques updated with modern tools (including a 1960s vinyl DJ set!), enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience complete with 360 ° projections, live visuals, video fusion, and cameras for an immersive and synesthetic experience.

Complementing the evening will be a specially-curated five-course, plated dinner by Executive Chef Jasper Alivia. Following the dinner, the light show will move outdoors with projections dancing across the building.

    About Macrodose

Visual artists Chris Georges and Gregory Thrasher create psychedelic light shows and projections for bands all over New York City. There are no laptops used and they do not press play, everything is live and manipulated by hand. Check them out here.

    About Chef Jasper

Born in the Philippines and raised in American Samoa, Jasper Alivia did not initially plan for his life to be so intertwined with food and restaurants. He moved to Philadelphia to attend Saint Joseph’s University where he received his B.A. in Economics. Quickly he realized that cooking was his calling and soon left a promising job in finance to work in restaurants in Philadelphia. He later moved to New York City to attend the French Culinary Institute, and put in work and training at some of the highest rated restaurants in town, including Savoy and Park Avalon.
