The Shawn Colvin concert and the pre-show farm-to-table dinner originally scheduled for Saturday, May 15, 2021 has been rescheduled to Sunday, May 1, 2022. Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless the ticket buyer opts for a refund, donation, or credit within 30 days of the new show date being announced. The 30-day window closed on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 11:59 PM. 

Bethel Woods is putting a farm-fresh twist on its Event Gallery concert experience with a bountiful pre-show farm-to-table dinner.

Taking place in the open-air Market Sheds overlooking the original Woodstock festival field, the multi-course dinner will feature delicious recipes using locally-sourced ingredients and are presented by Bethel Woods' own Executive Chef. The communal, family-style seating wholly embodies the "Peace, Love and Music" atmosphere and is wonderful to experience with neighbors and friends, both old and new.

Please note farm-to-table tickets do not include concert admission and vice versa.

About Chef Jasper

Born in the Philippines and raised in American Samoa, Jasper Alivia did not initially plan for his life to be so intertwined with food and restaurants. He moved to Philadelphia to attend Saint Joseph’s University where he received his B.A. in Economics. Quickly he realized that cooking was his calling and soon left a promising job in finance to work in restaurants in Philadelphia. He later moved to New York City to attend the French Culinary Institute, and put in work and training at some of the highest rated restaurants in town, including Savoy and Park Avalon.
