Young people today are experiencing more stress than ever before with the everyday pressures of school, family, and social life. COVID-19 brought with it a whole new set of stressors, including adjusting to online learning, boredom, and isolating from friends. It is our goal with these free and creative sessions to provide a safe space for teens to connect, communicate, and create with peers who share interests.
There is only one major rule to creating a vision board: there aren't any rules. Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. In the final session of the series, we’ll show you how to create a vision board that helps you identify and visualize the things you want and actually bring them to life!
To attend this session, please RSVP using the form below. Please note that for your safety, capacity for this event is extremely limited.
