LeeAnna Maniace of The Yoga Space Catskills (Hurleyville, NY) is offering her Beginner's Yoga class. She has been teaching and training locally for over a decade. Her classes are informative, spiritual and she hopes her guests connect more with their inner spirit with her class.

Beginner’s Yoga

New to Yoga?  Coming back into your practice?  Start here.  LeeAnna Maniace, Owner of The Yoga Space will take you on a journey of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners.  Vinyasa is a sequence of poses, typically moving with the breath, or using bracketing breathing (breathing around the movement).  Simple Vinyasas will be given and held Yoga postures with emphasis on alignment in the pose.  If you're not new, you're still welcome to join, it is a good idea to return to the basics sometimes to tune up your practice!

About Your Instructor

LeeAnna is owner of The Yoga Space Catskills in Hurleyville and Co Owner of Sprouting Dreams Farm. She has been teaching and training for over a decade, working with an array of body types and people of all ages. Specializing in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, LeeAnna hopes to share this practice to create a deeper connection with the Self.  Beyond Teaching Yoga, operating the studio, and Veggie Farming, LeeAnna has over 16 years of dance under her belt and is a Reiki II practitioner.
