Children ages 4-8 are invited for 5 fun-filled days of P.L.A.Y: Peace.Love.Arts.You at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, inspired by our unique landscape and Museum collections. Students dip into themes of history, legacy, creativity, community and caring through imaginative, arts-based learning and exploration of our beautiful campus. Our team of talented Teaching Artists provide an immersive experience for students, imparting foundational skills in music, theater, dance, and fine art.
Each day will consist of a morning ritual, arts immersion activities (games, art projects, music-making, group movement, etc.), outdoor play, a small presentation or review of the day’s work, and a closing ritual. Visits to the Bethel Woods Museum and special exhibitions will be incorporated throughout the week to deepen the impact of the experience and inspire connection to our unique legacy. Participants should bring their lunch daily, breakfast and snack will be provided.
This program is $250 per week. Tuition assistance available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to apply.
