Give $269 Today & Make Your Own Mark on History!
Bethel Woods is a one-of-a-kind cultural center for the Arts and Humanities, best known as a concert venue, museum and as a National Register Historic Site where the original Woodstock Music & Art Fair was held in August 1969. In 2019 we will mark 50 years since the iconic festival took place and we are pleased to offer a limited time opportunity to make your own mark on history through our Anniversary Pavers Program.
We are committed to preserving and interpreting the site in our care, and in doing so we recognize the contributions many people have made to give us this valuable resource. The grounds, our museum and its contents possess important physical reminders of our distinctive 1960’s heritage, which are worth preserving and sharing with others.
Your $269 gift today ensures that visitors will explore and understand the impact of the social, political and cultural experiences that emerged from the 1960s and how they are inextricably linked to the values and freedom of culture expression and appreciation that we enjoy today.
Our future plans, as stewards of this distinctive heritage site, include the opening up of a newly restored trail systems in the Bindy Bazaar Woodland, restoration of the Woodstock stage area and the creation of a scenic interpretative outlook at the top of the field. Your gift today helps us achieve these important plans for the benefit of future generations.
Your paver includes a specially designed logo which will only be available on pavers purchased by December 31, 2019.
