    Sauté: ​Cioppino with Lobster, Halibut, Mahi Mahi, Clams, Shrimp, Saffron Broth, Grilled Bread

    Sizzle: Seared Soy-Glazed Tenderloin with Sticky Rice, Charred Long Beans and Pickled Red Onion

    Action Salad: Grilled Chicken and Orzo Salad Arugula, Garbanzo Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Cucumbers, in a House Vinaigrette.
