Launching in early 2026, The Songbird Collective Membership is a creative community for artists and collaborators connected to Bethel Woods, offering support, inspiration, and opportunities to grow your craft and network.
Member Gate
Mainstage Members skip the line and enter through the member gate which opens 30 minutes before general admission for each Pavilion show.

Member Parking Passes
Super Fan Members and above recieve a select number of member parking passes for the Pavilion concert season. These premium parking spaces offer the shortest walking distance to the entrance.
Resorts World Member Lounge
Mega Fan Members and above get access to our Resorts World Catskills Member Lounge, which hosts buffet meals with a new menu each show. The lounge is conveniently located next to the Pavilion seating and offers private restrooms and a full-service bar.

TD Bank Green Room
Super Fan Members and above to get free access the TD Bank Green Room with a private full-service bar & restrooms, plus pub-style games & activities. Located in the Market Shed just inside the main gates, our private lounge opens 90 minutes before general admission.

Membership & Benefits
Why has the Membership program changed?
Based on years of feedback, the membership program has been simplified to include only four levels, from the previous seven, with more options to customize your membership to fit the unique needs of the member. This includes the ability to add member cards to match the size of your family or business needs, parking packages that match member attendance habits, and the new buddy pass purchase for one-time member access for your guests!
We’ve also added new ways of supporting Bethel Woods as a member to include those who may not join us for our concerts. Check out our Peace & Preservation Society for Museum Access and events or ask us about the emerging Songbird Collective for our creative types and those who want to directly support the artist community.
When will I receive my Welcome Kit with my Member Cards and Parking?
Member Welcome Kits are usually scheduled to be mailed in the first week of May. This timing is somewhat flexible depending on when the first show of the season will be.
If you haven’t received your Welcome Kit by the second week of May reach out to us at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org for tracking information or replacements to be sent.
What happened to the benefit pricing?
We replaced it with a tiered percentage discount on each Pavilion ticket purchased (within tour-set ticket limits) to provide lower base costs for membership and a simpler transaction in Account Manager.
I liked my level from last year — can I still have that again?
Yes! You can add Member Cards (up to 8 total per membership), parking passes or packages to customize your membership to match what you had before or better! If you need assistance, our Membership Team is happy to help — just email Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org or call 845-295-2501.
Will non-member friends or family still be able to enter early with me?
Yes! You can purchase a Buddy Pass in advance on Account Manager or on the day of the show at the Member Window to bring additional guests in early with you.
What is a Buddy Pass?
Our new Buddy Passes are like a temporary Member Card good for one concert. Think of it as an extension of your membership level just for the night.
Note: All Buddy Passes purchased will allow access according to the level of the Member purchasing.
Will my friends and family still be able to use my Member Card?
Yes! You can share your Member Cards with trusted friends and family just as before.
I lost my member card! Can I get a replacement?
Yes! Contact the membership office at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org and we’ll work on getting you’re a replacement right away. Please note, your lost card will be deactivated.
How do I become a Boxholder?
We currently have a waiting list for boxes, but we’d be happy to speak more about it with you if you’d like to be added to it. Contact the Membership office at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org to inquire.
Tickets & Seating
How does the Member Pre-Sale work?
As a member, you will receive an email announcement with all the timing, pricing, and links you’ll need to log into Account Manager and purchase tickets at your designated pre-sale time (based on the level of membership).
If you are unable to log into Account Manager at your designated time or have any issues with finding or purchasing tickets, email us at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Will I still be able to request tickets ahead of my designated pre-sale time?
Yes! You can still submit your ticket requests in advance — they’ll simply be processed during your designated pre-sale window.
If you’ll be traveling or unable to access Account Manager during that time, contact us at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org.
Is there a ticket limit for Members?
Yes! Each tour enforces their own ticket limits which we must honor. This information will be in your pre-sale announcement email as it can vary from show to show.
Can I use my percentage discount that comes with my membership on Horizon Stage shows or Event Gallery shows?
No. Percentage discounts that come with your membership level are only valid for Pavilion shows, however, you will always receive member pricing (equal to approximately 10% off) on tickets to those other stages.
Will I still be able to get ticketing help at the Membership Tent?
The Member Tent is moving! Ticketing help will now be available at the Membership Window at the Box Office for faster service. Don’t worry — the Member Tent isn’t gone; it’s just relocated to inside the venue, where more goodies and perhaps a cocktail with your name on it will be waiting!
Will tickets still be available digitally through Account Manager?
Yes! Just log into am.ticketmaster.com/bethel and log in with the email address attached to your membership to access your discounted tickets. For some, this may be the same login information used for TicketMaster.com
Will I still be able to transfer my tickets to friends and family?
Yes! You can transfer tickets through Account Manager by following these steps:
o Log into your Account Manager.
o Click Manage Tickets.
o Select the event.
o Click the three dots (⋯) and choose Transfer.
o Send tickets via text or email.
o Recipients will receive a link to claim their tickets and can log in with an existing Bethel Woods or Ticketmaster Account Manager account — or create a new one.
Parking
What’s new with the parking process?
For our Mega Fan and Super Fan Members, you’ll receive instructions on how to claim parking to a specific show within Account Manager. All single, 5-pack, and 10-pack parking passes will be digital with a limit of assigning up to two passes per show.
For our All-In! Members, the Season Long parking will not change and will be provided as a physical hang tag in your Welcome Kit.
Will I still be able to share my parking passes with friends and family?
Yes! Parking passes can be transferred digitally through Account Manager just like tickets. Physical hang tags (if applicable) will be shipped in your Welcome Packet and can also be shared.
I lost my parking pass/hangtag! Can I get a replacement?
Yes! We can replace parking tags with digital parking passes for the quickest turn around or we can replace the tag itself via snail mail or pickup at the box office. Please contact our Membership team and they will help to ensure you have what you need.
Can I purchase parking passes if it’s not included in my Membership level?
No. Additional parking passes are only available for purchase for members where parking is included in your membership.
How does my digital Parking Pack work?
We will share the instructions with your member kit in the spring of 2026.
Does my Parking Pack have limitations?
Yes. For 5-pack & 10-pack parking packages, we allow up to two parking passes to be assigned to one show. If you are in need of more for any one show, you may inquire about purchasing extra through the membership office at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org.

Can I use multiple parking passes on one show?
Yes. We cap it at two parking passes per show. You can inquire about purchasing more through the membership office at Membership@BethelWoodsCenter.org.

Can I upgrade the parking that comes with my membership level at a prorated price?
No. Parking passes that come with your membership are bundled into the membership and not eligible for upgrading, however, you can always add on more parking as you need or purchase a second parking pack to supplement.
Member Lounge & On-Site Perks
What is the Resorts World Member Lounge?
This is an exclusive space for our top two membership levels and box holders, featuring private bars, restrooms, and dining options not available anywhere else.
Will complimentary drinks be included with TD Bank Green Room access?
No, complimentary drinks are not included with the Green Room access that comes with your membership. However, if you purchase a Green Room ticket separately at full cost, it does include a drink.
Can I purchase access to the Member Lounge if it is not included in my membership level?
No, additional passes can only be purchased if it’s included in your membership.
Is there a Member Lounge for the Horizon Stage Series?
Yes! We reserve one of the Market Sheds to be a Members-Only area for all levels of membership.
How do I access my free Museum admission?
When you arrive to The Museum, stop at the front desk and show them your member card. They’ll either help you with a ticket for that day or allow you to tap your member card at the entrance.
Forgot your card? That’s ok! Just let the attendant at the front desk know and they can look you up in our system to verify.
How do I use my free Harvest Festival parking?
Just show your member card to the parking attendant and they’ll let you through. Note: Parking attendants have no way of verifying your membership without showing your card, so you must bring your member cards to access free parking.
Account & Payments
Will I be able to apply my account credit to my Membership renewal or future ticket purchases?
Yes! Account credits can be applied toward your Membership renewal or future ticket purchases, please email or call the Membership Office to use any lingering Account Credits.

Can I split my membership dues into multiple payments?
No. At this time all membership dues must be paid in full.
Is my membership tax-deductible?
You can find the tax-deductible amounts for each level on our website at Bethelwoodscenter.org/support-us/become-a-member.
Can I use my Donor Advisory Fund or IRA Contributory fund to purchase my membership?
No. Per IRS Notice 2017-73 (IRB 2017-51), donor-advised funds may not be used to pay even the deductible portion of a membership if the donor receives membership benefits. Because our memberships/box suites include benefits (access, parking, discounts, events), we can’t accept DAF grants for them.
According to IRS Publication 590-B (QCDs) and Publication 526 (charitable contributions), IRA qualified charitable distributions must be fully charitable and can’t be used when the donor receives more than a disregarded membership benefit. Because our memberships/boxes include tangible benefits, we can’t accept IRA/QCD payments for them.
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit arts center. A portion of each membership is tax deductible. Please see your specific membership level for details.
