Campground Guidelines:

 

  • Check-in time is 2 PM on the day of the event, and check-out is generally at 10 AM the day after the event. Please check the specific event details for accurate timing.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 12 AM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all campers.
  • Pets are not permitted at the campground to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Concert Venue Information

All guests will take part in a security screening upon arruval and well as entry into the concert venue. Re-entry into the concert venue is permitted, however, you will need to go through security screening again.

WiFi Access

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi available throughout the campground. No password is required to access the network.

Plan Ahead

 

  • Make sure to pack all the camping essentials, including tents, sleeping bags, cooking gear, and personal items.
  • Prepare for various weather conditions by bringing appropriate clothing and gear.
  • Don't forget to bring your concert tickets and any necessary identification for entry into the venue.

Parking Information

  • Car-Camping/RV Ticket Holders: Park within your designated campsite for convenience.
  • Premier Tent-Only/Glamping Ticket Holders: Enjoy a dedicated parking lot within walking distance of your site.
  • Luxury Glamping Guests: Unload at your campsite and park afterward.
  • Basic Glamping/Tent-Only Guests: Park separately and cart/carry your belongings to your site. Remember to bring any necessary carrying devices.

Distance to Concert

  • Pavilion Camping: A mere 5-minute (or less!) walk to the Pavilion stage or The Museum at Bethel Woods.
  • Historic Camping: Approximately 4/10ths of a mile to the Pavilion or the Museum with shuttle service on the Hippie Bus available!

  • Remember, propane grills are allowed, with a maximum of 5 pounds per campsite. Individual propane cylinders should not exceed one pound capacity.
  • Essential items like sunscreen lotion, mosquito repellent, towels, a cooler, and a flashlight should also be on your packing list.
