Take advantage of our Lab, equipped with Mac computers and Adobe's Photoshop and Lightroom software, where teachers offer guidance and support. Meet Your Instructors
Kandace Gittleman is an experienced designer and photographer possessing both the creative and technical skills to create beautiful landscape and portrait photography. She began early on with the film, developing 35mm negatives and darkroom printing, and progressed into digital artistry staying current on the latest equipment, software, and trends. Kandace is Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and Apple iPhoto. She also founded a successful interior design firm and resided in Sullivan County. Kandace has previously co-led adult photography programs at Bethel Woods and is looking forward to working with return and new learners in the Camera Club.
Marika Robak was born in Harris, N.Y., and received her M.F.A. from Pratt Institute. She investigates the “man-altered landscape” and candid imagery characteristic of street and documentary photography. Marika has enjoyed teaching aspiring artists of all ages for 9 years and hopes to never stop. She is currently a Photography Instructor at PhotoUno Photography School in NY and a Digital & Studio Arts Instructor at One River School of Art & Design in Millburn, NJ. Marika has previously co-led adult digital photography programs at Bethel Woods and is excited to continue her teaching artistry in Museum Education and Creative Programs with this club series, and beyond.
