Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Special Exhibit space of the Museum, featuring four delectable courses and one complimentary “Welcome Cocktail” curated by Bethel Woods Executive Chef, Joel Trocino. This dinner experience takes place between the All You Need is George concerts in the Event Gallery at 5:00 PM; however, admission to the concert must be purchased separately. Includes water, soda, coffee, and tea. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

Please note: This is a plated multi-course meal, and all guests will be seated at private tables with their party. Important: A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with any special seating requests. The designated Welcome Drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket purchase. Any additional or other beverages are available for purchase. 

Welcome Drink: "Here Comes the Sun" ; Ginger Lemon Spritz - Fresh lemon juice, ginger syrup, sparkling wine, and a dash of turmeric bitters.

Baby Greens with Roasted Pear & Stilton - Candied walnuts, shaved fennel, wildflower honey vinaigrette.

Curried Cauliflower Velouté - Toasted cumin oil, crispy shallots, micro coriander.

Chicken and Lamb Tikki Masala - Served with saffron basmati Rice, charred asparagus, coconut tomato cream.

Cardamom Crème Brûlée - Crisp caramelized top, pistachio crumble, and rose petal sugar.
