Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Special Exhibit space of the Museum, featuring four delectable courses and one complimentary “Welcome Cocktail” curated by Bethel Woods Executive Chef, Joel Trocino. This dinner experience takes place just before the Preservation Hall Jazz Band concert performance in the Event Gallery; however, admission to the concert must be purchased separately. Includes water, soda, coffee, and tea. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

The designated Welcome Drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket purchase. Any additional or other beverages are available for purchase. 

Welcome Drink: The Preservation Punch - Aged Jamaican Rum, pomegranate liqueur, fresh lime juice, house-made spiced hibiscus syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, garnished with a brûléed orange wheel and a mint sprig. 

Creole Deviled Eggs Trio - Traditional with Creole mustard, blue crab & chive, pickled okra, and smoked paprika.

BBQ Gulf Shrimp with Toasted Baguette

Blackened Redfish with Maque Choux & Tasso Grits - Seared Gulf Redfish fillet, resting on creamy stone-ground grits with smoky tasso ham, and a side of sweet corn maque choux.

Bananas Foster Bread Pudding - Traditional Creole bread pudding infused with banana, rum caramel, and pecans. Flambéed tableside (if desired) and served with vanilla bean crème anglaise
