Know Before You Go
Everything You Need to Know Before You Arrive
Set on the historic grounds of the 1969 Woodstock festival, Bethel Woods is unlike any other venue.
- Download the Ticketmaster app & load your ticket before you leave home — don't wait until you're in line. The SafeTix ticket uses a rotating barcode that refreshes every 15 seconds. Screen captures will not work.
- Bring only a clear bag (12″×12″×6″ max) or a small (5.5″×8.5″) clutch purse
- The Horizon Stage is general admission — arrive early for the best spot on the lawn
- The stage is located just inside the main gates, on the Great Lawn, directly across from the Market Sheds
- Lawn chair rentals are available in a tent to the right of the stage.
- We are cashless — we accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple & Google Pay)
- No re-entry once you exit the venue gates
