Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Special Exhibit space of the Museum, featuring four delectable courses by Bethel Woods Executive Chef, Joel Trocino. This dinner experience takes place just prior to the Canned Heat performance in the Event Gallery, however, admission to the concert must be purchased separately. Includes water, soda, coffee, and tea. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

WHAT'S ON THE MENU:

1st Course - Appetizer
Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Bites
Crispy on the outside, creamy inside with a smoky cheese punch. Served with a sriracha aioli. 

2nd Course - Salad
Southern Peach & Arugula Salad
Fresh arugula, grilled peaches, spiced pecans, crumbled goat cheese, and a honey-balsamic vinaigrette.

3rd Course - Main
Braised Short Ribs with Garlic Mash & Collard Greens
Fall-off-the-bone beef short ribs slow-braised in a red wine and herb reduction, served with buttery garlic mashed potatoes, and Southern-style collards.

4th Course - Dessert
Bourbon Pecan Bread Pudding
Rich brioche soaked in bourbon custard, baked and topped with warm caramel sauce and whipped cream.

A smoky-sweet bourbon cocktail with a citrus twist, perfect for warming up before the show.
