Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Special Exhibit space of the Museum, featuring four delectable courses and one complimentary “Welcome Cocktail” curated by Bethel Woods Executive Chef, Joel Trocino. This dinner experience takes place just prior to the Macy Gray concert performance in the Event Gallery; however, admission to the concert must be purchased separately. Includes water, soda, coffee, and tea. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

Butternut Squash Bisque - Roasted butternut squash, cinnamon crème fraîche, toasted pepitas

Autumn Greens & Pear Salad - Baby kale, arugula, Bartlett pears, candied pecans, goat cheese, maple-sherry vinaigrette

Main Entrée: Choice of Herb-Roasted Chicken - Crispy skin, wild mushroom jus, served with rosemary fingerling potatoes and roasted root vegetables or Seared Salmon

Pan-seared Faroe Island Salmon with apple cider glaze, parsnip purée, and wilted Swiss chard.

Dessert: Spiced Apple Crumble - Warm baked apples, oat streusel, bourbon caramel drizzle, vanilla bean whipped cream
