  • Sullivan 180 Walkthrough Monday will take place weekly. NO drive-thru will occur on Mondays.

Peace, Love & Lights is back, better, and brighter than ever before!

Spanning across the winter season beginning just after Thanksgiving until New Year's Day, experience drive-thru holiday winter lights on the Bethel Woods grounds from the comfort of your car. Simply turn off your headlights and follow the magical glow. There is nothing else quite like this in the area.

What's Different?

NEW SCHEDULE: We'd hate for you to show up for some holiday fun and for us to not be open. In 2023, we will be operating on a partial schedule from November 24 thru December 10, and daily December 14 thru December 31. 

EVEN MORE LIGHTS: We're bringing back all of the themed areas you know and love, but adding winter light displays throughout the route for you to marvel at! This year, our festival of lights has the following areas: New York; Holidays Around The World; Snowflake Alley (sponsored by Hospice of Orange & Sullivan); Christmas; Candy Cane Lane; Enchanted Forest; and as a nod to our historic site, Groovy Way. 

EXTRA WAYS TO HAVE FUN: Whether you're sweetening the drive with a box of fresh-baked goodies, getting your holiday shopping done, visiting The '60s Museum, or unwinding during a Gingerbread Build & Sip, Holiday Hootenanny, or Dinner with Santa, make the most of your visit to Bethel Woods with one of our creative add-ons.

The fun doesn’t end when your drive is over! Dine by the fire with comfort food, a DIY s’mores kit, holiday drinks, and more! Check out the mesmerizing musical mega trees and take plenty of pictures. Located on the Bethel Woods Upper Campus; open at 5 PM beginning November 30. Not open on Mondays. Free entry.

  • Sullivan 180 Walk-Thru Mondays

    Mondays: November 27; December 4, 11, 18, 25 | 5:00-9:00 PM (Last Entry at 7:30 PM)

    Our walk-thru experience is back! So strap on your sneakers, zip up your winter coat, and get ready for an outdoor winter exercise at our spectacular holiday lights display! 

    PRICE: $12 Adult (12 and older) | Free Youth (11 and under)

    To support the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless, guests who bring a new, unwrapped toy will receive complimentary admission for one adult. Please note that the redemption of this offer is only available at-the-gate on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Holiday Market at Peace, Love & Lights | November 24-26

    11 AM-7 PM (Friday & Saturday) | 12-6 PM (Sunday)

    Our beloved, large-scale Holiday Market returns for the 15th year!

    Taking place over three days, beginning on Black Friday, shop from 75+ local artisan and specialty food makers for holiday gifts, provisions and more!

    The market is free to attend. Food and beverage concessions will be available for purchase, but the market and parking are complimentary.

  • Holiday Hootenanny Fridays | December 1, 8 ,15, & 22

    Join the band and sing holiday classics with the whole family! 

  • Holiday Market Pop-Up | Saturdays, December 9, 16, 23

    12-9 PM

    A Holiday Market pop-up single day market experience will take place on 3 Saturdays in
    December. This daytime into nighttime market gives guests the chance to shop a wide selection of unique holiday gifts and support regional vendors this holiday season, before or after your Peace, Love & Lights visit!

    Each Saturday will feature an entirely new selection of vendors, encouraging guests to return from week-to-week.

  • Dinner with Santa | December 15 & 16

    5-8 PM.

    Santa Claus is coming to town... and your table! Enjoy a gourmet all-you-can-eat buffet dinner in the intimate Event Gallery before or after your drive-thru experience! Learn more here.

  • Gingerbread Build & Sip | December 17

    6:30-8:30 PM

    Gather your friends and put your decorating skills to the test! Enjoy constructing your dream
    candy creation while sipping delicious regional wines. Each ticket includes your gingerbread materials,
    sweet treat decorations, and two glasses of wine*.

  • Santa in the Holiday Hub | December 19 & 20

    Santa Claus stops by Ho-Ho-Holiday Hub!

     

  • Santa's Workshop | December 21 & 22

    5-8 PM.

    Enjoy crafting activities alongside Santa and his helpers as he gets ready for Christmas! Children can enjoy meeting with Santa, light refreshments, building holiday inspired crafts and more in the beautiful Event Gallery.

    Tickets are $25 per child and parents are free. Get yours here for December 21 or December 22.

  • Cookie Decorating with Santa | December 23

    5-8 PM.

    Looking to WOW Santa with a custom confection your little one is sure to enjoy making?

    Surprise him with unique decorated cookies for under the tree this holiday season! Your child can enjoy
    cookie decorating entertainment from Mr. Claus himself, three sugar cookies, sweet treat decorating
    supplies and one glass of cocoa. Tickets are $15 per child. Get yours here.

Peace, Love & Lights FAQs

  • Am I purchasing for a certain time slot?

    No! The light show will open at 5PM with the gates closing at 10PM. You can come anytime during those hours.

  • Can I bring my pet in the car?

    Yes! However, no pets are allowed out of your vehicle or on the grounds.

  • Can I drive-thru more than once?

    One ticket allows you one drive thru Peace, Love & Lights. However, on Two-Time Thursdays presented by Schmidt's Wholesale, Inc., you can drive thru twice!

  • Can I leave my vehicle?

    Please remain inside your vehicle at all times for your safety and the safety of other patrons. Photography is permitted from inside your vehicle. There is an exception during Sullivan 180 Walk-Thru Mondays. Please observe all signs and directions.

  • How long does it take?

    With the newly-expanded light show, new themed areas, and expanded existing areas, the approximate time to drive thru is about 30-35 minutes.

  • What happens in the event of inclement weather?

    In the unlikely event of a closure due to inclement weather, we will reach out to ticket holders via email and the general public will be notified through social media and the Bethel Woods website. Tickets will be honored for a new date of your choice.

  • What is a Dasher Pass?

    A Dasher Pass allows your car to skip the line Friday and Saturday! Available as an add-on when you check-out.

  • What is a standard sized vehicle?

    Any vehicle (including SUVs & Minivans) with 3 rows of seating or less is considered a standard vehicle, if your vehicle has over 3 rows of seating, you will be subject to the Limo/Party Bus/RV pass pricing (limit to 15 passengers).

  • What is your refund policy?

    All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively.

  • What precautions are being made for COVID-19?

    The drive-thru is completely contact-free! You can enjoy the entire experience from the comfort of your car. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

  • Will there be extended wait times on peak days and holidays?

    Yes, we anticipate peak days (Friday-Sunday) will be the busiest and the holidays, including the week of Christmas, to have extended wait times.
