Everything You Need to Know Before You Arrive
Set on the historic grounds of the 1969 Woodstock festival, Bethel Woods is unlike any other venue — and this celebration is our way of saying thank you for 20 incredible years.
- Admission is FREE. Claim your free tickets before you arrive.
- Download the Ticketmaster app & load your ticket before you leave home — don't wait until you're in line. The SafeTix ticket uses a rotating barcode that refreshes every 15 seconds. Screen captures will not work.
- Bring only a clear bag (12″×12″×6″ max) or a small (5.5″×8.5″) clutch purse
- The celebration is general admission — arrive early for the best spot on the lawn
- The Horizon Stage is just inside the main gates on the Great Lawn; the Community Stage is between the Market Sheds
- Lawn chair rentals are available in a tent to the right of the Horizon Stage
- We are cashless — we accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple & Google Pay)
- Re-entry is allowed for this show, but all guests will need to pass through security each time.
- Come early: the Museum is free all day (10 AM – 7 PM) and $5 Golf Cart Tours run 11 AM – 2 PM

- Water: Up to two factory-sealed plastic bottles (20 oz. or less) per person
- Reusable bottle: One empty plastic bottle (32 oz. or less) per person
- Food: One gallon-size clear zip-lock bag per person

- Outside beverages beyond those listed above
- Metal / aluminum / glass reusable bottles
- Cameras with detachable lenses; professional audio/video equipment; drones
- Weapons of any kind, including concealed carry firearms
- Beach-style or Golf-style umbrellas

Refunds will automatically go back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you do not see a refund after 30 days, please email info@bethelwoodscenter.org.
No — lawn chair rentals and premium parking for The Beach Boys will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment (allow up to 30 days). The 20th Anniversary Celebration takes place on the Horizon Stage and Community Stage and is entirely General Admission — find your favorite spot on the lawn.
No re-entry once you exit through the venue gates. Make sure you have everything before entering.
Small personal blankets are permitted on the lawn. Beach-style umbrellas are NOT allowed. Personal folding chairs are not permitted; lawn chair rentals are available on-site.

Only service animals are permitted. Do not leave animals in vehicles.
No general age requirement — this is a family-friendly celebration! Guests under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under 21 observed with alcohol will be ejected, including from parking lots.
Walking from the parking lots to the Main Entry gate can take up to 20 minutes. The Horizon Stage is just inside the main gates on the Great Lawn; the Community Stage is on the upper campus between the Market Sheds. A Transportation Assistance Shuttle is available free of charge for guests with mobility needs.
