Everything You Need to Know Before You Arrive
Set on the historic grounds of the 1969 Woodstock festival, Bethel Woods is unlike any other venue. Watch our quick guide and check the list below so you arrive prepared.
- Download the Ticketmaster app & load your ticket before you leave home — don't wait until you're in line. The SafeTix ticket uses a rotating barcode that refreshes every 15 seconds. Screen captures will not work.
- Bring only a clear bag (12″×12″×6″ max) or a small (5.5″×8.5″) clutch purse
- WATER: You may bring an empty plastic reusable water bottle (32 oz or less) or up to two factory-sealed plastic water bottles (20 oz. or less) per person. Water refill station next to First Aid office.
- Arrive with plenty of time — allow 20+ minutes to walk from parking to the main entry, then more to the Pavilion
- We are cashless — we accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple & Google Pay).
- No re-entry once you exit the venue gates

Make a Day of It at Harvest Festival
Come early and spend the afternoon at our free fall festival. Browse more than 100 local farmers, crafters, and makers, wander the corn maze, take a hay wagon ride, and catch live music on the Harvest Stage. This Sunday's theme is BuildFest, Bethel Woods' annual architecture festival.
Harvest Festival Parking is $5 in advance, $7 day-of

Frequently Asked Questions
No re-entry once you exit through the venue gates. Make sure you have everything before entering.
Small personal blankets are permitted on the lawn. Beach-style umbrellas are NOT allowed. Personal folding chairs are not permitted; lawn chair rentals are available on-site.
A bag check area is available for bags that don't meet the clear bag policy. Space is limited — first come, first served.
During the event: visit the main information booth near the entry gates. After the event: bethelwoodscenter.org/lost-found
Only service animals are permitted. Do not leave animals in vehicles.
No general age requirement. Guests under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under 21 observed with alcohol will be ejected, including from parking lots.
Designated area at the rear walkway at the top of the lawn hill only. No smoking on the lawn, in the Pavilion, or on pathways. Includes e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and chewing tobacco.
Plan on approximately 20 minutes from parking to the Main Entry gate, plus additional walking to the Pavilion stage. A Transportation Assistance Shuttle is available free of charge for guests with mobility needs.
